Our Vacant Position
Sales Manager

(Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power plant and Petrochemical, Food Engineering , Chemical Engineering)
Summary flow of responsibilities:
- Prospecting–Qualifying– studying/Presenting–Quoting–negotiating technically and commercially/Disarming objections–Closing–Follow up approvals/Changes- Manage any Claims

Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or equal by experience; knowledge of the machinery sector and additional education in master degree is a plus.

Core Skills and Abilities 
Have experience in making new customers and you are experienced in contacting and accompanying potential customers, decision makers. Strong background in each market Computer literate (word, excel, power-point) Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing.

Additional Skills and Abilities 
Have good analytic insight and you understand a profit and loss account Have knowledge of international payment techniques (financial insurance techniques, transport documents, company forms,…) as well as knowledge of basic juridical principles Attentive for new trends on technical and competition level Able to working in multi-national’s cultures.


Account Manager/Learning & Development Advisor
Summary flow of responsibilities:- Manage key account as assigned To approach new customers Responsible for overall account management and customer’
satisfaction and retention.
Manage sales and revenue growth for a key account channel across all product categories
To work as part of the sales team, managing relationships with a number of key accounts
Develop sales strategy for key accounts based on market needs, key account structure, competitive situation and company targets
Monitor and maximize performance of all key accounts
Visit assigned account under monthly and weekly routing plan to strengthen relationship and to ensure all sales fundamental activities are achieved

Field Service Engineer (Engineering Machinery Equipment)

Summary of responsibilities:
- The Field Service Engineer would assume full responsibility for test, commissioning, maintenance, trouble shooting, project safe and fully support solution center team

Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equal by experience; knowledge of the machinery sector and additional education in master degree is a plus.

SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) MANAGER
Summary flow of responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, coordinate and implement key environmental projects e.g. EIA, HAZOP, environmental monitoring, air & wastewater treatment and management, etc. - Plan and implement the actions to ensure safe and environment friendly work place in all section of the plant Coordinate with HR department to Liaise with relevant government agencies/authorities on licensing/permitting, etc.
- Constantly monitor working of plants and facilities to ensure compliance with ISO 14000 system and legal requirements related to safety & environment Monitor
- Training program to Motivate & Encourage all employees for improving safety & environment awareness. ü Investigate industrial accidents to determine causes and prepare action plan for required improvement.
- Monitor environment related analysis results and provide guidance to ancillary department for proper operation of wastewater treatment & air treatment control system.
- Manage waste management system in coordination with HR and other related departments

Sales Coordinator (Import  & Export)
Summary flow of responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing import and shipment
- Coordinate with Sales, logistics agent, and customer to follow up the order and achieve customer requirement until completed process and shipped under delivery schedule
- Provide and import shipping documents (customs invoice, packing list, etc.,)
- Verify cost in transportation, courier, shipping agency, together with choose the right shipping agent
- Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and export sales
- Follow up orders and delivery schedule
- Perform general secretarial tasks & administrative support including organize daily schedule appointment,travel arrangement, organizing meeting and Executive schedule
- Organize and update information in database

- Front Desk Reception

- Responsible for invoice and tax receipt issuance to customers.
- Support/prepare business data, reports, documents, materials, office supply, and equipment.

Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any filed.

- At least 1 year experience in Admin task, experiences in procurement will be advantage

Accountant
Summary flow of responsibilities:
- Record transaction into the system.
- Prepare and process supplier and customers invoices.
- Maintain, review & verify all company payment & receivables, AR aging report, Coordinate with customer/operation to reduce AR aging.
- Prepare VAT and withholding tax payable/ receivable report. Prepare related account reconciliation to management level / Auditor.
- File invoices, vouchers,primary documentation and other records.
- Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Response to other work as assigned by manage

Education / Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.

Core Skills and Abilities 
- At least 1 years experience in Accounting, AP & AR.

Finance Controller
Summary flow of responsibilities:
- The Financial Controller oversees the day to day activities of the finance team and ensures the companies finance function is organised and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts.
- Perform strategic financial planning & analysis, budget planning and all other aspects of operational accounting system.
- Responsibilities in areas of Cost and Management Accounting, Credit Control, Taxation and Treasury and other related operational activities.
- Formulate, establish and implement financial policies and procedures, analyze financial data & information and advise the Management of overall business and financial performance.
- Coordinate and ensure timely audit of annual returns by the Company’s external auditors and prompt submission of audited accounts for the shareholders’ approval. - - Design, implement, improve and maintenance of  an effective and efficient financial reporting process flow for the provision of timely, accurate and complete periodic reports required by the stakeholders

Education / Experience

Bachelor's of Finance, Acccounting or any related

Core Skills and Abilities 
- Minimum 8 years hands-on working experience in a Financial Management capacity including at least 3 years leadership experience. 
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership & team player qualities, highly motivated and well organized with sound planning capabilities.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency and punctuality and must be prepared to travel when necessary.
